2019
OUR YEAR OF JOY.
I will go into the New Year message in a minute, however before I do, join me to bless God not only for me but also for you all, for the year 2018. It has been a year indeed. From my many reflections, I can testify that Jehovah is always good.
In particular, I appreciate God for the battles God did not allow to get close to us. We knew not of them because He conquered them. Glory be to His name. He protected our going out and coming in. He overlooked our many inadequacies. He enabled us to be a blessing to others as much as others were to us. When we called Him, He answered, when we knocked at His door, He opened unto us, and when we seek Him, we found Him. Hallelujah.
When our heart was weary, He comforted us. When we were afraid, He re-assured us. Sick, He made us whole, in despair and completely rejected, He embraced and gave us Hope. What a mighty God we have come to know.
In view of God’s many blessings, I call Him:
Faithful; Wonderful; Marvellous; Compassionate; Redeemer; Healer; Victorious; The great one; The Almighty: Righteous; Holy; Gracious; Deliverer; Reliable; Dependable; Unshakable –
The one who lives forever; the one who is in heaven but makes the earth His footstool; our pillar of cloud by day and fire by night; our all-sufficient God; and the one that forgives our sins.
Glory be to His name.
For 2019:
It is our year of joy. Our joy shall be full in the morning, at noon, in the evening, at night, when we lay down to sleep and when we awake in the morning – Our joy shall be full.
All the hard work you have put in, through 2018, you will see them manifest in 2019. Every seed you have planted in 2018 will become good fruits in 2019. For those that sow in tears in 2018, you will harvest with and in joy, this very 2019. Again I remind you, your joy shall be full.
In 2019, you will wake up to tremendous good news every day, your mouth shall be filled with laughter, your tongue with singing and your feet with dancing.
People shall say of you and your household that you are indeed blessed.
However, remember you have a responsibility: Build your relationship with God, listen to good counsel, trust and obey God.
Above all, walk in love with all men.
